My passion for Complimentary Therapies was born from my own life experiences after having various corrective surgeries for a genetic connective tissue disorder called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. So, I know exactly what it’s like to be extremely sick and only trying to get healthier, as quickly as possible. Along with conventional medical care, I embarked on my own healing journey, with great results as I discovered the amazing healing benefits of complimentary therapy by way of Laser Therapy combined with Swedish Massage. It was through these great results I was inspired to indulge in the world of holistic and complimentary therapies.
After gaining my Diploma in Complimentary Therapies in 2009, I worked assisting physiotherapists with patient recovery as well as being a part time mobile sports massage therapist and laser pain therapy technician.
I’m also qualified to offer professional, quick and painless ear wax removal treatment by way of endoscopic micro suction, propulse ear irrigation, or gentle manual removal.

My Clinic
In 2024 I converted my disused garage in to a treatment room, and with the help of a Physiotherapist family member, I set up my own complimentary health & laser pain relief clinic from the comfort of my home.
I treat a wide range of clients including those presenting with pain such as sciatica, shoulder, back, neck and hip, high stress levels, hormone imbalances, grief and more.
I have a special interest in chronic conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders and have attended many workshops and seminars in relation to complimentry therapy and how to apply the treatments to clients with these chronic conditions (myself being one of them). I also offer massage treatments and mechanical therapies to clients with disabilities like incontinence, stoma patients and ambulatory wheelchair users, I do not judge my clients, and I will help you put aside any nervousness or embarrassment you might have.
I opened my clinic to provide my clients and individualized approach for your well-being and comfort, so if you are in need of a therapeutic relaxing massage to help you unwind, or have a niggling injury that requires additional therapy, or suffer from a chronic condition like Fibromyalgia, then please get in touch to discuss your needs and requirements.

Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) is treatment that falls outside of mainstream healthcare.
The availability of CAM on the NHS is limited, and in most cases the NHS will not offer such treatments. When a non-mainstream practice is used together with conventional medicine, it's considered "complementary. Complementary therapies are adjunctive: They are used in addition to, not instead of, standard medical care. Complementary therapists are not trained or authorized to diagnose medical conditions. They are trained to recognize "red flag" symptoms and refer patients to appropriate medical professionals when necessary. It's important to remember that Complimentary therapists are not medical doctors and cannot diagnose medical conditions in the same way that a doctor can.
